As a Police Canine Handler, Canine Trainer and most importantly, a dog lover, I understand the importance of good care and training for my dogs.

Over the years, I’ve worked with and trained dozens of dogs and dog trainers. Very few have the understanding, passion and patience to truly communicate with dogs. Cathy Kennedy is one of the few. She has a gift that very few possess to bring pets to a higher level of understanding. She is the only dog trainer I reccommend and trust with my dogs.

When it comes to care for my dogs, without question, Cathy is my choice!

PROBLEM SOLVED

Our dog Daisy had been running after other dogs aggressively. After talking about the issues with Cathy, we discovered Daisy had a confidence issue which could be helped with a little more training.

After five weeks of training, our dog showed dramatic improvement. Cathy directed the training toward Daisy's particular behavioral problem and provided one-on-one guidance during the training sessions in equipping us as owners in how we could bring out the best in our dog. After our training sessions, Daisy has improved in her behavior far beyond our expectations.

IMMEDIATE RESULTS

We took Roxy to see Cathy at K9sRule in a last effort of desperation with low hopes she would respond to training. I have to say we saw a response from our dog after the first class we took her, because WE learned how to communicate with her. Throughout the classes we learned how to be consistent with commands and how to respond if Roxy wasn't listening or paying attention. Cathy was able to answer all of our specific questions and pin point the problem.

After 5 classes and completed basic obedience training, we have a totally different dog! She comes on command, she sits on command, she's stopped chewing things, she gets along with our other dog much better and we believe she is a happier dog. And in turn, we are happier owners. We can't believe we ever thought about giving her back, we love her so much!

Cathy is a lifesaver. My dog Rio was a handful as a puppy, and I didn't know the first thing about correcting her behavior. So Rio and I took two of Cathy's classes, and the results were, and continue to be amazing. Not only has Rio transformed into a well-behaved and obedient dog, Cathy has given me the confidence and knowledge to handle different situations as they arise.

K9sRule, AND SO DOES CATHY

On two separate occasions we have had Cathy Kennedy as a trainer for both of our goldendoodles – one a three year old and the other a four month old pup. Cathy's approach to training, with clarity of instruction, demonstrations, as well as patience with both dog and owner, made the experiences pleasurable and extremely worthwhile. Her observations and positive critiques during class assisted in providing the appropriate commands and response to my dog's behaviors.
